Ok so for a while now, last 4-5 months ive been hearing what kinda sounds like change in a soda can rattling when i go over rough terrain, pot holes really bumpy roads etc.. doesnt change wether its in gear or neutral, m5od by the way, and usually is a bit more pronounced when slowing down on rough road. Well i climbed under yesterday and shook driveshaft and no play up or down or side to side. I then turned it back and fourth about 10 degrees or so as much as i could while in gear and i heard what sounds like the noise at the back of the trans inside. If i turned it back and fourth quick enough i can almost replicate the sound. Im not getting bearing squeal so idk wether my output bearing is bad or not. It drives great just noisy, like i have a soda can with 10 pennys hanging from my crossmember and when i go over rough road or a pothole it rattles for a sec. Any ideas? Im stumped

That sounds like a heat shield or muffler components. I don't think it's coming from any area of your drive train. There is really nothing that can make a noise like that unless your transmission internally exploded haha.
