trans problem

when pulling from a stop the trans just revs and will not change, even if trying to manually by shifter. if i let off gas and let revs drop back then the trans will change into next gear but i have to do this for every gear change. changed fluid and filter 14 months ago, checked fluid level and alright. anyone shed any info on problem

Welcome to this forum! Your A4LD might need a valve body rebuild. Connect a 0-300 PSI test gauge to the rear port to see what the pressure readings are.
