borg warner transfer case
I am trying to replace the t case front seal. I can get the drive shaft out and take apart the cv joint but I am unable to figure out how to get the cv and the shaft off of the t case to get at the seal. I have the sevice manual but it does not explain this type of transfercase with a cv joint.
Does the t case have to be removed and split open to change front seal?
Suggestions appreciated!
