transfer case questions

hi i have a 91 explorer and i have a A4LD TRANS AND EITHER A BW 1350 OR A BW1354 TRANSFERCASE? DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THERE IS AN INEXPENSIVE OR (FACTORY) TRANSFERCASE WITH LOWER GEARS THAN THE ONES I LISTED ABOVE. OR POSS AN ADAPTER FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT HAS LOWER GEARS. IVE ALREADY GOT 4:10'S FRONT AND REAR. SO PLEASE DONT SUGEST DIFFERENTIAL GEARS.....

You have a 1354 transfer case -- the only transfer case in the 91-94 Explorers. As for deeper gears for the transfer case, sorry doesnt exist because gearing in most Borg-Warner transfer case is done via planetary so a deeper gear set will mean changing out the planetary set. You could build a doubler but that will run at least $300 since you need the main shaft cut and resplined by a machine shop that has the capability. If you need more info about the 1350/1354 doubler, search and you'll get plenty of hits.
