you can either have one machined
see if a f-150 or something has the same thread pattern and is longer
BUT you really dont need one. i have the 2" BL and did not have to worry about the lever. since i added mine myself and i gotthe shift for free i used a shifter boot from a dodge and a cheapo b&m pistol grip from discount auto.

heres a pic:
(i was also showing where i mounted the switch to my rear lights)

Thanks.

I did some running around and found a 3" extension for the transfer case I think I will use. Now I will have both!
:D

good deal. where did you find it at?

Tell you what,

I will try to see if it actually fits properly and everything and then let ya know all about it, like part # and such.

Don`t have it handy right now, but I got it through the local 4x4 parts dealer.

Well this is a interesting state of affairs!

I had originally ordered a shifter extension and the package said right on it that it was a transfer case shifter extension.

So they said they found a shifter extension for me, which I ordered.
Well I said I would check out the extension before I posted the info, and damned if it IS actually a tranny shifter extension after all! It won`t work on the transfer case shift. It looks like an extension for the transfer case would have to be between the ball and the shift "pole", whereas the tranny shifter extension mounts on the bottom of the shifter.

Anyway if anyone wants to know, it is actually an extension for a 3" lift, and they tell me I can`t get one for a 2" lift.

Trail Master
part # 40124
Tranny shifter extension for 3" lift

-I don`t think the extra inch will be too much of a problem.

How did you get that manual transfercase in your 95', did you do a swap? If so I need to talk to you man, that is one slick setup you got there.....

hee hee
they do say in that tip page that the extension has a seperate part # !

Oh well, I got it anyhow.
The transfer case shift will have to stay the same I guess. I got the lift in and the transfer shift is a little snug against the front of the boot, and is of course lower, but still operates well enough. If they made an extension, it would have to replace the whole thing and angle backwards to help out at all.

Now if i can just make the bumpers look okay....

kinnish,
yep i put a man tcase in my 95. as far the tcase goes it was a bw 13-54. it bolted up without hesitation in place of the the 44-05. i love it. it is my favorite mod. the performance gains are ten fold. ill handle any questions or help in any way i can.
