i have a 99 xls with a push rod 4.0 and the awd tcase and i was wondering if anyone has swaped one of them out for anything else, preferably one thats manual shift. maybe something out of a f150 or something? or am i dreaming. note that i do work in a machine shop and do my own driveshaft work.
