Hello I have a 2001 ford ranger the transmission went out just stop pulling going down the road. So my brother in-law had one he pulled out of a wreak. I got it home and had to use my bell housing and torque convertor and my input shaft. The reason is because the wreak had broke the B.H. and bent the shaft and torque convertor. So I install the trans. and it works great. Then the engine blows up so I replace the engine with a 2007 ford tarus put everything back together and installed a new radiator trans. lines thermostate. Crank truck up and trans. would not pull. I pulled trans. back out pump was bad so I bought another one from a junk yard with a 90 day guarantee so I installed it would not pull so I pull it out and took it back after lots of debate I finally got another trans. now midpoint installing it. I was wondering if anyone had any advise installing these I have done a bunch of trans. with no problems but this time these are beating me down. THANKS... OH p.s. its a 2 w.d.
