Transmission problem

Sorry about the new name forgot old log in. here's the issue ; My 95 explorer has ran like a champ since i got it ,hell sold my chevy and kept the ford , like i say dam good truck.Well here is what I have ; I just changed my trans filter and 3 Qt's of fluid and now she has a hard time shifting out of first. cant play and I don't like it. Someone please give me a clue what to look for .

Welcome to the forum! If the fluid is at the correct level, it would have to do with the filter as john mentioned.
