Need some help please.

My daughters 2002 Ford Explorer 180,000 miles cut off would not restart. AAA towed to my house. AAA best Xmas gift I have ever gave to my kids ! Found no fuel pressure. In tank pump had both positive and a ground. Replaced fuel pump and it started fine. The battery was disconnected during the repair. After taking it off the jack stands and starting it up for a test drive I noticed the OD light blinking. On my test run I noticed the transmission is not staring off in first gear and not shifting under way. It has very good reverse. Put my scanner on it and it has about 12 stored fault codes. Tried to erase them and they will not go away. I have cleaned both the battery terminals and cable ends. I also added another ground to the transmission. Its from the battery negative to the transmission housing. I asked my daughter and she said she had not seen the flashing OD light or did not feel any transmission problems.
Hope yall can help. For Xmas this year she gets AAA a fuel pump repair and hopefully a shifting transmission. Hear are the stored codes

Thanks

Thats alot of codes! Most of the time when i see that many codes and you cant clear them is you have lost power to transmission. Check fuses/relays and look over any wiring you moved or unplugged for fuel pump replacement. Let us know what you find.

Thanks Brad

I will check the fuses and relays tonight. I did look in the power box in the engine compartment. Is there a trans relay or fuse ? I do'nt have a owners manual for the vehicle. Thanks

Found a damaged wiring harness. Fixed the damage all the codes are gone. Changed fluid and filter. Fluid was pretty clean. When it was first purchased a few years ago. We did a Amsoil fluid change and another one about a year ago. Used Amsoil again.

Daughter very happy ! Thanks for your post. Any post in a storm!
