On my Sport, i have a TT up front already, but no other lift other than my 153's. The problem being is that the offset of my wheels causes me to rub with smaller tires than someone could fit on say, a stock rim. I actually rubbed with 265/70's after the TT, which by the calculator is only 30.6". Anyways, I have since trimmed and eliminated that problem, but I am now in need of new tires, and I want to move to a more agressive tires, but not much available in my current size, and what I want is in 265/75, which is a full inch taller.

I have plenty of room after trimming the valance in front of the tire, but I'm very close as it is at the back of the wheelwell, where i have already had to trim the lower edge of my flare near the nerf to stop rubbing there.

Can that area be pounded in at all to get some more room? There's not much else i can do with trimming there that can help it seems, and I really don't wanna BL it yet.
