Truck not starting?

My truck stopped starting, it cranks over but wont start, could it be the fuel pump?

can you hear the fuel pump kick on when ya turn the key on? in the past, ive had a problem with the contacts on my fuel pump relay. a quick spritz of wd40 and we're good to go...

I dont even know exactly where the fuel pump is on it? Spray wd40 on the fuel pump relay?

Fuel pump is in the fuel tank. A bad fuel pump is certainly one possible explanation (arguably one of the more expensive explanations). If you can't hear the whine of the fuel pump, the first step would be to figure out if the fuel pump is getting power. If you can hear the whine of the fuel pump, then it would be time to put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if it is generating the correct pressure.

Alright, is there any fuses i should check?

There is a fuse for the fuel pump under the hood in the power distribution box, and a fuse for the engine management system (EEC fuse) that would be good checks.

Ok lemme check those first, because I really dont wanna replace the fuel pump because its prolly gonna be a hard thing to get to right?

As I suggested, fuel pump is probably among the hardest and most expensive parts that could cause this kind of no start. If you don't feel able to diagnose this yourself, I would suggest that it could easily be cheaper to pay someone to diagnose it for you than to blindly replace the fuel pump.

Ok, but could a fuse cause the truck not to start?

Ok i checked the fuse's under the hood, I went to go pull the fuel pump relay out and the fuel pump kicked on, like the relay wasn't in all the way? Once I heard it kick on the truck started right up

I'd put a little bit of dielectric grease on the connector for the relay. That will provide good electrical contact, and also prevent future corrosion. Good luck!
