Took a trip to Washington the past week. I averaged 11 mpg. this sucks. The truck runs fine on straight roads but when you go up a steep grade and floor it, it boggs down severely and actually decelerates. I did all the tune up stuff and still ran rich. No CEL comes on so IM at a loss, some one told me it might be the fuel press. reg. but i dont know. I did replace the O2 and still no change. please help
