Truck Stalling

Wife backs out of garage shifts it into drive and it stalls, with her foot on the gas the truck surges forward, no codes, whats up??? Truck is doing 20mph with no foot on the gas

Also burning gas like crazy, tranny shifts fine.

Could be a dirty or bad IAC. Do a search.... many posts on this.
