Hey Everyone,
Luckily I haven't had to post here since owning my Explorer. But today driving into work I noticed a scary wobble. It was raining hard here in Ohio and while driving on the highway I felt at many times I was going to lose control due this wobble.
I would say it might be a bearing but we just had them all replaced and I jacked it up (in the rain) just to check and all 4 wheels are stable. It almost felt like a 4 wheel aquaplane or the abs kicking in violently for no reason. It happen a few times and it seemed like the back end swung out at one point.
(I was stupid at a younger age in a BMW 325, So luckily I had some control)
I have the 4.0 4x4 and I was wondering if anyone else has had this or knows maybe what could be cause this. It seems to only be happening in the rain.
