truck wont start, help!

1998 explorer sport

driving down the road, stopped at a red light, turned green and tried to go. it basically stalled and wouldnt turn back on. when you turn the key, it just wont catch. tried jumping it and didnt help, so its not the battery.
changed fuel pump, checked filter..hear fuel pump turn on, but still wont start.
92### miles, dont know what else i can do. any advice is appreciated.

need more info but can be bad starter, bad fuel pump, spark plugs, fuel filter ect.

i changed the fuel pump and filter just check fuel rail and no fuel getting into that. idk what else to do at this point

and its getting spark all the way around
