TSB-13-9-21 - Information display Blanks Intermittently

Does anyone know about this TSB or tried to get Ford to get you more details on this?

I am not sure this affects MFT, but I sure know my MFT has completely blanked out for no good reason, only to reset some time later.

Sounds like it could be an issue with APIM. The Accessory Protocol Interface Module is the 'brains' of the MFT system. Ford extended the warranty to 5 years on this item. I'm not familiar with the TSB.

It's been mentioned somewhere on this forum. MFT does that sometimes: blanks out without any reason and might be in that state up to several days and starts working later on its own...

and that TSB is not for MFT but for ICP instead, Explorer has two on both sides of Speedo.
