TSB info

First off *looking around* nice place, alot of good information.
Ive got a 97 Ex that has 117,000 mi on it with the 5r55e, well the tranny's been acting up lately (not uncommon from what I've read). So i figured i would do the whole pull the pan, change the fluid and filter, and check for loose bolts thing. When I rolled under it on the trans pan was an orange sticker that said:

USA and Canadian dealers
1997 5r55e exchange program
Prior to repair see TSB #96-18

I did a search on here for TSB #96-18 and found nothing, can anyone help me?

I have the same on mine. It was just so the dealer wouldn't rebuild the tranny when it was new. They'd replace the tranny and send the old one back for testing and diagnosis to see what hte problems were.
