check the air filter first mate, then the plugs, warning the plugs are very awkward to get to and you will need patience. Thread them back in by hand and back them off and try again if they dont go in smooth, a little copper ease helps with this and will ensure that they are not seized whenn you need to take them out again. last thing clean the maf sensor and then reset by unhooking batt for half our, have radio code ready or you will loose that if you unhook batt.- Good luck! :uk: :D

I would also run the EEC-IV self-tests (www.dalidesign.com/hbook/eectest.html) and a fuel pressure test.
Dirty IAC may be the reason it wants to stall at idle. Throttle body might also be dirty.

i changed 5 plugs wires but i cant get the one one on back left side air cond. is in the way is there any tricks?

It just takes a little time, I had to even get under my truck by the wheel well and go through that way. I had a friend over the top and between us we managed to get it threaded on, so basically just contorting your arm till you find somethin that works.

i was afraid u were gonna say that......ok today i put a new battery cuz the other one wasent holding a charge but i would start it then i noticed that as soon as the ac (the part that spins sometimes with the belt and othertimes not) would kick on and it would start missing worse so i unpluged it and it still misses at everystop it would kill and i would have to give it gas to keep it goin in to drive i'm starting to think that its the coil pack. is there any ways to tell?

Stupid question... you didn't cross any of the plug wires did you?

no i didn't but why is that a stupid question

it's not really...did it myself  and it acted the same as what yours is doing
