tune up question

i have a 98 4.0 sohc engine and it just passed 51k and i'm now starting a tune up does anyone have suggestions on a good plugs,wires, and distributer cap....performance parts that is. thanks guys

I really like my Jacobs wires, Many good plug choices. And, you don;y have a distributor cap.

I like sticking with Motorcraft (Ford) parts. Their double platinum plugs and wires are very good OEM units.

I agree with Alec. Can't beat Motorcraft on a stock engine.
