Working with Torrie at Unleashed Tuning great experience thus far in tuning my SC 4.0L Sport Trac. He has tuned my W/M injected Taurus SHO with amazing results. One of the best in biz but that's another discussion.

I have swapped to a 90mm MAF housing and Lightning MAF. Torrie has it idling, driving, accelerating and shifting very well at 4.4psi peak on a 3.5 moddbox pulley (blower was ported) However, I have a P0113 IAT sensor 1 circuit high bank 1 CEL and the datalogger shows 76 degrees constantly and need to figure that out prior to moving foward and moving to MB 5.5 psi pulley.

Is sensor 1 integrated into the MAF? Anyone have some ideas of where to start troubleshooting this issue?

I plan on moving back to a pre-L MAF tune and re-installing stock MAF and housing to see if CEL subsidies. If so the maybe an issue with the MAF itself.

What else can I try or look for?

Well done I am running a bit more boost than you
I suggest reading my thread its long but will answer some questions
You're gonna need a better air box to keep the heat out
Any more boost you will need more cooling I used water meth injection works mint

You're gonna want to put the iat sensor under your blower outlet your mod box kit has a port there I can look up a part number for the sensor if you want

Any help just ask!

That lightning maf does not have a temp sensor in it. I'd do what donalds suggested and wire it post blower.

Will do! I have read the thread before a while back but will review it again as its been a minute. I want to seal the intake and really should have done the IAT relocation when I installed the blower. Let me review the thread again then I'll fire some questions out there.

I do plan on sealing the airbox. I really should have done the IAT relocation when I installed the blower. Thanks I will re read the thread.

The more pictures the better !
Give us the most info you can about your build

Thanks that helps. The immediate solution is relocating the IAT sensor.

Thanks. That provides a potential solution to my P0113 CEL.

Moddbox AIT relocation kit is out of stock any ideas on other vendor kits or piece meaning the parts together ie sensor and pig tail connector.

You will want a
Motorcraft sensor and a pigtail

Buy the pigtail for $20 at the store ... The sensor is off a 04-04 lightning... Cobra...
Or junk yard like me

I will put a few pics together to cover the work I've done once it warms up and I tie up some loose ends. My next few steps include relocating IAT, sealing up the air filter maybe installing a larger throttle body. That will help determine the direct in go in terms of Tuning and boost levels. Want to maintain a level of reliability. Not sure I want to go the W/M route on this build and not sure how much heat 7.5 psi or so create.
