ok, I inherited these tvs from Boomin, so i decided to put them in the seat. heres how i did it.. with pictures.
1. Unclip seat cover and take it off.

2. cut off support bracket  to make room for Tv.

3. Grind off sharp edges so it wont cut up anything.

4. Put up Tv bracket to measure and mark the spot to cut.

5. Gut foam where marked and make trail for wire.

6. Put seat cover back on.
7. Find the hole, hold up bracket and mark with small markings.

8. CAREFULLY cut incisions in an 'X' shape and cut the corners off. You have to be carefull on this step. Its critical. otherwise you will see your cut marks and it will look bad. what i did was i started with a small X, and then i kept holding up the bracket and cutting a little more. Then, slide the braket inside(if you want to do it this way) and push the bracket into the hole you made in the foam. then when the bracket is in the hole, you can push the fabric in and cut it a LITTLE more to make the tv fit.

9. Now, hold the front of the seat, align the bracket and push the TV in carefully, making sure not to damamge the screen. Once its in, it may be crooked(like mine), Just take the Tv out and reposition is and put it back in. and your done!

Total time:30 minutes for both.

looks good for DIY, not a fan of tv in the headrests...when there's no headrest lol Good Job though!

Neither was it, but my idea of having it above the seatbelt wasnt going to work. so i worked with what i had.lol. thanks!

lookin good, glad someone actually had the balls to do it themselfs AND take pics

Nice Job!

very nice!

that looks awesome.

one question, do you think that there would be a difference if you didnt cut the whole support bracket off, but enough to fit the tv mounting plate in? just curious.

on the passenger side i tried that, to cut only enough to make the tv fit. ONce cut, it was so flimsy it wasnt worth keeping, so i junked it. i could have made a longer one and welded it lower, but i didnt have the mats at the time. but, no, i dont think there would be a difference.
