Two leaking parts

what do I need to buy to replace these? Looks like a heater inline thermostat and maybe a top outlet for cooling system? Both are weeping and looking rusty and leaky. Help please?

The second picture looks like it has a rusty metal adapter which joins two hoses together. You could replace it with a plastic adapter. The last picture has a rusty thermostat housing. You could get a new housing.
