Unable to open Henson's tune attachment

I bought the X4 from Henson Performance and got a custom tune from him.

Trouble is, I can't open the attachment in the e-mail, no matter what I do.

Tried with both a Windows and an Apple computer, but no luck.

Before I bother JH, does anybody have the secret to open the tune attachment in the e-mail?

save to a directory

You should be able to save it (and rename if desired) to your disc drive in a directory. Then using SCT's Device Updater transfer it from the directory to your X4. At least that's the way my X3 works. The tune file is encrypted so you cannot read the file to determine what things have been changed.
