Does anyone have experience with an underhood fuse 42 shorted to ground? Vehicle was running fine, three a check engine and a wrench light. Found fuse 42 blown. Replaced it, it was good for a few days and then popped again. Now it will blow as soon as you place in a new one with the key in the on position.
I check it with my Power probe and it definitely is shorted directly to a ground of some type. I disconnected everything that the owner manual says is on it and it still goes to ground.
Anyone have the detailed circuit diagram? I noticed my power point in the console is out as well. I've never heard of a redundant brake switch either?
Any ideas?
Thanks
