university ford in seattle sucks
i ask for very simple things. first, i need a coolant leak fixed, second, i have a starting problem, and third, pinging is very very bad. so i bring it in, get it back, 2000 dollars later, it seems ok. i get on the highway, and the pinging hasnt changed a bit, and i paid 480 dollars for new intake gaskets + labor. so i bring it back very pissed off, and they do an induction service. pinging is better, but what the hell? now my coolant leak is back again just as bad, and i paid 410 dollars for a new friggin radiator + labor, because they said my radiator was causing the leak. so i replaced a perfectly good radiator for no reason. this is a joke. its going in again tomorrow morning, and if this isnt fixed by wednesday, im demanding money back, and im complaining to ford, and the BBB. sorry, needed to vent and advise against univeristy ford in seattle.
