Unsteady Idle and very low mpg

Can't figure out why my idle is so unsteady and rumbly. Brand new plugs and wires. Clean MAF, TPS good Idle air control good, I think. It also seems to be using quite a bit more gas than usual. Growling sound while accelerating as well. It's a 93 stock Explorer with 220K. Thanks
