Upgrading the Explorer's INTERIOR

Are there any sites that sell upgraded parts for the Explorer interior? Our family owns a few Ford trucks one of them being our brand new 2002 Explorer XLS. As you may know, the interior is kinda plain looking (plastic panels covering the radio and the center console). Are there any things I could do to make the center console and the radio cover plastic look more unique and sporty? Suggestions?

you could try an interior trim kit, they're pretty common
ie: wood, carbon fiber, etc.
try doing a search on it i'm sure i've someone else post on this subject, maybe there's a link for ordering

robert actually painted some of his interior (surround on the radio and the gauges and the center console) and it looks amazing. if you search for it, youll like what you find

Just try searchon e-bay .You can find anything for your X. Including carbon fiber trim.I love e-bay
