Torque spec for front lower and upper control arm?

I'm just finishing up replacing the front upper and lower control arms on my 2004 mercury mountaineer. Does anyone know the torque specs for:
- the 30mm lower control arm bolt
- the 21mm lower control arm bolt
- the two upper control arm bolts
