URGENT: 20x9.5 +40 offset on 02-06 explorer. Will it work?

Does anyone know if 20x9.5 with +40 offset will fit an 02' explorer? I am dying to find out so I can lock in a set of rims before I miss out.

If anyone runs a set or knows if they will or won't fit could they please, please, please let me know.

*****EDIT***** The backspacing is 173mm or 6.81 inches
and the front is 92mm or 3.82

They will have others coming in a month or two which have a much bigger dish.

cool I'll give them a call this morning and try and find out. I trolled the internet looking for info but had no luck.
