Used 17 PIU - Lies and Deceit or just nitpicking?

Sorry to untombstone a thread, but I wanted to throw an update in here. This car has been hell, 20k on it only and already did all bearings, a CV axle, 4 spark plugs, a coil pack, 2 engine mounts, 4 Rims and tires... The list goes on.

I am pretty sure the motor is a total loss at this point as well. One day I started hearing a "Power steering type" whine, but alas, it has an EPAS system without serviceable fluid to speak of.

After doing some digging it seems to be from the timing chain and the guides. Looking at some videos, specifically from ford techs, its a 3-5K job in itself. I'm so ashamed I fell for this obvious scam.

My review on their yelp summarizes the situation pretty well;

After agreeing to have the vehicle inspected by the dealership to address initial concerns, I found the car returned in a worse condition than when I left it. Parts were replaced with ones of inferior quality without my consent, and many issues that were claimed to have been rectified remained unchanged. My interactions with the staff, particularly with individuals like Steve, were unproductive; they lacked commitment to making necessary repairs without cost and showed no initiative in providing a fair solution.

Given the evidence of fraud and the serious issues encountered, I sought a full refund for the misrepresented value of the vehicle, which was met with refusal and lack of proper acknowledgment from the dealership's side.

Grace Used Auto's business practices are questionable at best, involving significant misrepresentation about vehicle history and quality. Their service is characterized by a lack of transparency and fairness, which should concern any potential customer. I would urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Grace Used Auto to reconsider and look elsewhere, where business practices are more straightforward and customer service is taken seriously.
