I have an opportunity to pick up a Superchip for cheap money <$50. Says I need a vehicle with VET1 coding - how can I find this out? Where is the code located?

Thanks

The code is on label stuck your vehicle computer. If the computer code does not match, do not use the chip.

However, you can send the chip to SuperChips, and for a small fee, they will reprogram it.

If you can get that chip for < $50.00, programming is around $75.00. Much cheaper than a new chip....

Well - I'm feeling pretty dumb... The auction for the chip ended last night - I forgot about it. It sold for about 35 bucks...
