Using a Toyota isuzu sas kit

Toyota Isuzu?

The main thing you're getting in that kit is the springs. Research whether the springs will do well under the weight of an explorer, and if they will provide the right amount of lift you're looking for. Other than that is just a bunch of misc pieces that can be had for cheap (and very possibly cheaper than the kit as a whole).

im not sure if you want that...

if im not mistaken, the D44 from the wagoneer was a low pinion axle.

low pinion D44 is about as strong as a high pinoin D30. which is only going to give you the articulation of a solid axle, you still are only going to beable to run 33's at best, 35s if you wanna get hairy.

I love those old Toyota Isuzu's :p

I agree with what Jefe and Creager said. You can most likely get those parts for cheaper and have something that would better fit your application. Also, that dana 44 front axle would be low pinion, which is about as strong as a Dana 30...which can only handle about 35-36, once things have been upgraded (shafts, etc).
