V6 sohc valve timing

Hello all

Can anyone help ? looking for valve timing info, I know you need special tools for the job but here in Scotland believe me that's not easy, all I need is the degrees after T D C when the exhaust valve cracks open I think I could work the rest out , thanks in advance.

10 degrees if it's the SOHC, but not sure if you have the OHV engine. If so you definitely need the timing tool.
