f2006 4.0L 4wd
Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I am writing from Italy.
My 2006 Explorer V6 4.0L 4wd engine suddenly started to wobble when I accelerated between 1500 and 2000 rpm, especially in 4th gear; also the idle is not regular.
I have received codes P019, P0174, P0306, often P0171 and sometimes even P0304.
I have checked with the smoke test, no vacuum leaks evident, I have checked and verified the throttle body, I have replaced: ignition coil, Maf sensor, fuel pressure sensor, fuel filter, EGR valve, spark plugs, all with no improvement.
Reading the diagnostic data at idle, it says:
FRP = 50 PSI accelerating 38 PSI
Average exchange rate = 14.6:1
MAP = 11 inHG
I tried with a pressure gauge on the intake manifold and the vacuum measurement is 18inHg.
I tried replacing the EGR valve with the MAP sensor, getting the same result.
I ask you could it be a problem with the PCM that detects a vacuum value lower than the actual one?
Could it be a problem with the phase of bank 2?
Getting service in Italy is not easy.
Thanks for the help.
