valve cover removal-old. high mileage and rusty

These cover bolts look very rusty, I am looking to see where I am going to have problems replacing the intake manifold gasket, and the valve cover bolts look like they are going to be a pain. I will soak in lock bolt stuff, but will these be breaking off in mass?
