Vent Visor

I am looking at getting a set of vent visors

Can anyone tell me which ones go into the channel? I do not want the stick on ones

But both say they are attached my tape an the directions are identical

I think the ones i need are # 194074 it is just the directions for both are identical how they mount just want to make sure i get the proper ones
