I have the same issues.
I have replaced the upper and lower ball joints, bad cv shaft, shocks, tie rod ends, (had alignment only to find out the ball joints were all shot). Just got done with replacing all the ball joints, a bad rotor, bad caliper, pads, new driveshafts and new tires, (AWD 2000 Ford Explorer XLT V8 302 - stock everything)
I get a vibration on when turning onto side streets. Basically making a 90 degree turn to either the right or left. I am getting an alignment tommorow am. Just wondering how many more "Nickel and Dime" things i am gonna have to replace.
Please help him and myself if you can.
If any of these apply that you haven't done might want to have a look at them.
I found out what was plauging me. The shutter/vibration i was feeling i could feel when in park and when driving. No one could offer a solution. On a hunch i tried the following:
Put the vehicle in park rev'd the motor up to 2krpm's. Then turned the wheel back and forth. No shutter/ vibration. I had previously replaced the Power Steering pump, this "new" one shot craps on me. Easily done and is under warranty. Hope this helps ya!
