visor remote buttons

Does anyone know how to set visor memory remote buttons by just using your remote controller? I used to set on my Lexus by pointing it at buttons. Manuel says you have to set learn key on garage opener. That doesn't work for me on a remote gate opener. Mark

You have to use the Learn Button on the opener. Usually red or blue. it takes the first time.

Sorry, I missed the Gate part. I have no clue; the opener must have some provision.

If your manual is the same as mine, see page 117 and it refers to gate systems and what to do.
