Voice guidance in nav not working

I’m thinking it must be a setting I am missing. On my 16 Explorer Sport the nav works however the voice guidance isn’t working.
I went into settings and voice guidance is on. Turn by turn on screen works normal just zero voice coming through.

Any ideas? Another setting I am missing?

Volume is up.

Just want to clarify something to possible help those looking to reply. Was the voice guidance working at one time and now suddenly it's not? Or has it never worked?

Have you checked page 419 of the Owner's Manual?

Is the voice prompt volume turned up enough?

Whenever the system should be speaking, turn up the volume. You may want to hit the voice command button and then turn up the volume while you're doing so.

It stores a different value for the voice commands volume than the master audio volume, if that makes sense.

IIRC, you should see "Prompt Volume" on screen along with the requested +/-.
