I,m new to this site and of course I,m looking for advise on keeping my old boy running and doing some upgrades along the way. I have a 2004 sport trac adrenalin that I got new and plan on keeping him forever. My 04 ST has almost 200,000 miles on it and some love dings from teaching my kids to drive. I think it would look best going for a baja look with a small lift, bigger tires, rollbar in the bed and possibly a motor swap. The biggest thing I want to do is keep things fairly simple. I,m looking for advise on what I can upgrade the motor to without getting into frame and compartment mods, of course the bigger the better!
