warrior shackles

What would it take for me to install these warrior shackles? Does it require welding cutting bending, or a lift? I need some height but i have to wait for a lift. Will these do the trick? how much are they?

Warriors will cost you around 50 bucks, I bought some cheaper ones at pep boys for 15 bucks, they work the same. They are for the rear of your truck, They connect the leaf springs to the frame. All you have to do is jack the truck up at the frame, take off the old ones and install new ones. Your new shackles will be a little longer giving you anywhere from 1"-2" of extra lift.
