Was on my way home and got rear ended on street road in Bensalem, PA. Bumper was pushed up and the car that hit me was about 5 inches from the axle and my @$$ end on his hood. Neck and wrist are hurting but the thing that ticks me off is i was coming from the shop and I just spent a few hours installing new shocks, brakes and rotors all the way around. My alignment is also fubard but everything else seems in order.

The officer said no visible damage and just gave me a report number. My bumper is pushed up along with my towing wires ripped to shreds. Spare tire was ripped off. Last time i was in an accident i was given insurance info on the other guy along with a report hard copy. I guess everything is done threw the internet and fax now.

Keep your seat belts on they really do help out in newer cars!

I was just on street road last week (stayed at a hotel there for 4 days).. Anywhooo..

No visible damage? Take lots of pics now.. Call your insurance agent and tell them what happened.. "no visible damage" written on the tickets etc isn't good.. especially if its very obvious. If its very obvious there is damage I'd even complain to a supervisor (leo) since it "sounds" like he/she was just in a hurry.

If I'm not understanding what happened (doesn't really have "visible" damage) then forget about my ranting...
