You know how on some of the old pick ups like 56 F100's they will swap the front suspension all together with a mustang front suspension. Do you think this would be possible for the explorer/mount if so that would make it so much esier for everybody and bags wouldn't be nearly as big of a deal. Its just a thought give me you $0.02

actually, i have sorta looked into this. i have a cousin that builds street rods, and often he uses Mustang II front clips with coilovers. it would not be easy in the least, nor would it be affordable. if you want bags, the easiest route would be to use DJM Ranger upper control arms, have them lengthened 1", cut off the shock mounts, and weld the bag mounts were the upper shock mounts are. this would be cheap, and give you 0 degrees camber down to 5" of drop. you could set the camber at 0 on -5" for normal driving, then when you air them down, the negative camber wouldnt be that bad.
