weak defrost on a 2002 limited

hi we just got the vehicle a month ago and the other day it was pouring out so i selected defrost from the digital panel thingy. there was some hot air coming out of the defrost vents but no where near what is should have been and i could hear the fan running loudly so i know it was running. has anyone else ran into this ?

yeah i have a 02 limited too, mine does the same thing as yours the fans loud but not much air is come out of defrost, also when i have mine on defrost i can still feel hot air coming from the floor. sorry i couldnt help
