Web Site To View Window Stickers????

Hey Peter, now I'm totally confused... LOL! It just hit me that 2/19 is today! So, here I was all excited thinking that my truck was being built today.

Mine says 3722 over the word Blend. My method of transport is "Convoy"

Mine also says Convoy although the dealer told me that they usually ship by train to Toronto and the put it on a transport to my area. As long as it gets here, I don't really care what method they use short having someone actually driving it here! :D

Sticker showed up this morning :D Rolloff of 2/25, expected delivery 3/7. It's even personalized with my name :biggthump

How can you tell the expected delivery?

Looks like mine will be on the same truck as yours then, same expected delivery date.

Just a caution on "delivery" dates. I don't believe Ford has any control over them. They are at the mercy of the rail and carrier system. My "delivery" date was initially 2/14 -still don't have it. It sat in Ohio for several days then the last I heard it was in Cypress Point, NY( I think that is a transfer point) for several days. Still don't have it despite the fact it rolled off the line (2/9) and got its Sync activated on 2/11.

Mine was built the same day as yours but is still sitting in Chicago. I doubt it will make it to Vancouver island by the 28th as my dealer thinks it well.....

How can you tell it is still there? I was told once it is listed as "awaiting transport" there would be no further updates until it hit a rail yard or a dealer (if going by truck).

Both Cory and my dealer have told me it shows as sitting in Chicago still and has not been listed as transported.

I received a VIN last week and can view the window sticker here:

http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=1FMHK7D82BGA30371

I'm wondering however, why my name isn't on it since its a custom order that i placed on 1/28. My understanding was that custom orders generated stickers with your name.

Seni told me that it "rolls off the line" today 2/23. He estimated that it would arrive at the dealer 3/7. That seems like a rather long time on a convoy truck.

Anyone else know about the window sticker and how to correctly interpret the info shown? And does anyone know how long it really takes to convoy a finished truck to Central Florida?

Thank guys!

They are probably trying to figure out how to siphon the gas out of it. Just heard oil went over $100 a barrel. Now we'll be lucky to get enough gas on delivery to make it to the nearest gas station! Maybe I should take a full gas can with me when I go to pick it up at the dealership.:(

:D Your dealer should fill the tank before you drive it off the lot! Mine did !

You're very lucky. When I was filling out paperwork initially it seems to me that I saw something that stated 'partially fuelled'. Today when I was visiting the dealership we talked about gas and gas prices and he mentioned that he has seen vehicles come in with an almost empty tank. He didn't mention anything about refilling them. Right now gas prices around here are in the neighbourhood of $1.20 a litre. That translates into about $5.40 a gallon. Our gallon = approx 1.2 US gallons. I'm bringing that gas can to make sure my new Ex gets home. :D
