I noticed this morning that my headlights are acting up. They are aimed properly, but the passenger side is a lot dimmer. (like less power is reaching it) The fog lamps, corners, and everything else is normal. When I engage the high beams, the passenger side appears to turn off completely. Should I just go for new bulbs? Thanks.

Since it's the same side for both high and low I'd suspect a fault in the wiring to that lamp or the bulb.

Since the low beam is dimming and the highbeam is dead, I'd say your bulb is just checking out. Try switching the bulbs left to right (drivers side in p-side and vice versa) if the problem moves with the bulb there's your answer. If the problem stays on the p-side regardless of the bulb, you might have a wire corroding.

Thanks for the help. This morning they were so bad, my fog lamps were doing most of the seeing. After school, I picked up a pair of Sylvania Silverstars at Advance Auto Parts. They had them for buy 1 get half off another. (yay)
