Weird noises HELP!!

Close to every time (but more so when it is wet out) I brake and turn the wheel I hear this horrible crunching and squeeling noise from the front end and I have no idea what it could be. I changed the front breaks about 1000 miles ago. I am totally clueless and would like any help possible. Thanks in advance.

If it only does it when you brake you could have warpped rotors.

I just changed the drivers side rotor because it made that specific noise already this happens more so when I do both but I occasionaly hear it when I tutn the wheel.
