Weird sound

when i turn the wheel all the way to the left or right and drive, it sounds like something is rubbing. i can feel the tire jerking when i put my hand on it and somebody else drives. the car sort of vibrates. from what i can tell the tires (30x9.5x15) are not rubbing. two mechanics have said that there is nothing wrong w/ the car. what could be wrong? has anybody elese experienced similar problems?

Power steering issue?

fords have a tendency to get starved for fluid at full lock of the wheel.. this is normal and shouldnt be done for more than 15 at a time, and that is per ford..... all fords have loud power steering pumps
