Wet floorboards

I have a 2008 Ford Explorer and both front floorboards are wet and it has not been raining. What is the cause of this and if it is A/C drain stopped up, where is it located underneath and what does it look like?

This would commonly be the heater core. Have you had any issues with blowing heat and it there an anti-freeze smell?
