Need some expertise!

I've tried to do a search for this one, but I could not find anything specific?

What aftermarket wheel off-set will be required to achieve a wider stance of the road contact?

Meaning, How can I make the rims look parallel with the fenders, almost flush looking with the fenders...and without the use of spacers.

Can I achieve this without spacers?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance...

Jsun, a lot of 8" wide aftermarket wheels have a standard backspacing of 3 3/4". This would set each wheel out 1 3/8" more than stock, on your application.

I wouldn't go with any less backspacing than this, due to the increased wear on the wheel bearings and suspension components.

Perfect!!!

Thanx so much...that's exactly what I needed to know.

As long as my rims stick out a little bit more than the stock set-up...I think the stock set-up sits to close together and would look mucho nicer sticking out a bit further. I also would rather to try to avoid the use of spacers in any application, expecially when it's extra cost associated to the expensive rims. Call me cheap, or safe? These are my thoughts...

Cheers man!

J
